Child Care and Preschool Activities:
- Supervised free play for infant and toddlers.
- Provide age appropriate curriculum activities.
- Review the calendar. (Days of the week through a song)
- Reading aloud (Story Telling).
- Play ground activities (If weather permits it).
- Develop Fine and gross motor skills on the kids like movements, music and jumping games.
- Develop the cognitive development on the kids:
- Classifying and sorting.
- Labeling
- Color geometric figures cut them out.
- videos, movies
- Music-Piano
- Art (Painting Time).
This seems like a great program for kids! I have never heard of an art child care service before. It seems like it would be really fun! I wonder if my daughter would enjoy something like this. I am in the process of finishing my degree and I need her to be in child care during the day. I will have to ask her what she would think of doing these activities everyday!
